Morgan Hurst Excursions LLC (“Morgan Hurst”) provides a platform for transportation to and from Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

These terms of use govern all passengers and access or use, of this platform and its services made available. Please read these terms carefully as they constitute a legal agreement between you and Morgan Hurst.

By accessing or using these Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms expressly supersede prior agreements or arrangements with you regarding the use of the Services.

1. Morgan Hurst will provide transportation to and from MCI. Currently there is only capacity to provide transportation to and from the City of Lawrence, Kansas. However, Morgan Hurst intends to expand its zone of passengers and include Douglas County, Kansas and surrounding areas. If you are outside of the Lawrence, Kansas city limits, please call our number to confirm availability in your area.
2. Each van or other means of transportation shall be limited to one wheelchair or similar piece of equipment and no more than three passengers, excluding the driver. If you have a larger group, please contact us to arrange for sufficient transportation for the group.
3. All passengers are expected to wear seat belts during all times the vehicle is in movement and comply with all safety requirements and regulations.
4. Passengers shall refrain from smoking, vaping, or the use of tobacco, marijuana, or any other substances during transportation. Passengers further agree not to consumer alcohol while services are provided.
5. A 50% deposit shall be required to provide a commitment of time. 24 hours notice of cancellation shall be required by passenger to obtain a refund of the deposit. If 24 hours notice is not provided, the deposit shall be non-refundable. Payment of the remaining balance shall be due at the end of the trip (drop-off). Passenger has the option to provide a tip to the driver. However, this is not mandatory and not required for safe transportation.
6. If Morgan Hurst has to cancel the service at any time prior to pickup of passenger, the passenger(s) shall be entitled to a full refund of the deposit made.
7. Prices are subject to change. Any quotes received for service are valid only during the service provided and may adjust with time.
8. Any disputes under the terms of this agreement shall be brought in the District Court of Douglas County, Kansas. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kansas.
9. Limitation on liability: Drivers for Morgan Hurst shall be independent contractors and will enter into limitations on indemnity from Morgan Hurst. To the extent passengers have claims against drivers, Morgan Hurst will not indemnify its drivers and will not be responsible for or liable for the actions of the third-party providers, the drivers.
10. Morgan Hurst welcomes service animals and pets. Each animal and pet must have a seat reserved for that animal and shall be subject to the same payment terms as human passengers. Animals must be secured at all times while the vehicle is in movement. As a passenger, you are responsible for properly securing the animal with a lease, harness, crate/carrier, or through other means, and you shall be responsible for ensuring that the animal does not cause damage or a mess in the Third-Party provider’s vehicle. You may be subject to a charge for repair or cleaning for any damage or mess caused by an animal that is transported during a ride requested under your account.
11. Passengers are free to take photographs during transportation. However, passengers agree not to post photographs or video of drivers on social media or through any other platform without the express permission of Morgan Hurst and the driver(s).
12. Feedback: Morgan Hurst welcomes feedback from passengers. All feedback will remain confidential and any submissions or contents will automatically become the property of Morgan Hurst, without any compensation. Morgan Hurst has no obligation to review submissions. Morgan Hurst will reach out to passengers for permission to post any feedback to the public.
13. Morgan Hurst has the right to refuse service to any passenger for any non-prohibited reason under Kansas and federal law. This includes any threats made to Morgan Hurst or its contractors.
14. Your driver shall be responsible for securing any wheelchair or other mobility device to ensure the safety of the passengers and the driver.
15. Our drivers are trained to drive but not provide medical care. If there is a medical emergency, passengers and/or the driver will be encouraged to call 911 and follow instructions including securing an ambulance or other emergency services. Drivers shall not be responsible for providing any medical supplies or services as a condition of providing services.
